Todd: masculine, theatrical, grind-rock. Heavier-than-thou poured off the stage, but they were electrifying and in places really connected.
Black Heart Procession: Great on record…the alternative U2 on stage. Plodding but ‘nice’.
Shit And Shine: deeply smug, cliquey anti-metal…they think they are gods and it shows..
Monotonix: asshole-mic gag…sweaty hairy fun connective thrilling and vital best fun I’ve had in years.
Scout Niblett: She had a tough set with moniter problems. But stripped to just a solo performance..she delivered, on her the own her songs took on this new brightness and intensity. HEAD and SHOULDERS above the rest. Brilliant…and harrowing.
